為維護全體貴賓之住宿品質與健康環境，
本館依據《菸害防制法》第31條規定，
館內所有室內空間及客房全面禁止吸菸（含電子菸及其他類似產品）。
凡違反規定者，依法可處新臺幣2,000元以上至10,000元以下罰鍰。

若經查證於客房或館內吸菸，本館將酌收該房型「定價三倍」之清潔維護費；
如因吸菸行為導致設備、傢俱或相關設施損壞，除清潔費外，並須依實際損害情形照價賠償。

To ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for all guests,
our hotel strictly enforces a non-smoking policy in accordance with Article 31 of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and guest rooms, including the use of e-cigarettes and similar products.
Violators may be subject to a government fine ranging from NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.

If smoking is found in guest rooms or any indoor areas,
the hotel will charge a cleaning fee equivalent to three times the room’s published rate.

In cases where smoking results in damage to hotel property, furniture, or equipment,
guests will be liable for full compensation in addition to the cleaning fee.
